The amount of diapers will depend on the age of the baby to be
diapered. Infants will need about 12 changes per day, with toddlers
needing a few less. You also have to ask yourself how often you'd
like to wash. The fewer diapers you have, the more often you'll
need to wash.
This is a general guideline:
- 3-5 dozen cloth diapers
- 5 diaper covers per size*
- pins, clips, or Snappis as needed*
- 2-3 dozen cloth wipes
*if you are using Bum Genius, no cover or pins are needed
If you are trying something new, we suggest you only purchase
one or two to try it out.
